In Oklahoma County, we cover most of the Oklahoma City Metro area. We also cover Warr Acres, Bethany, Edmond, Midwest City, Del City, Forest Park, Choctaw, Arcadia, Jones, and Deer Creek. In Canadian County, we cover Yukon, Mustang, Piedmont, and El Reno. In Logan County, we cover most of Guthrie and north Edmond. In Cleveland County, we cover Moore and most of Norman. We will gladly pick up the leftover items from your sale. Since we are unable to enter a residence, resalable items would need to be bagged or boxed prior to our arrival. Please contact us to schedule a pick up.

Absolutely!

All items donated may be deducted for income tax purposes at their present fair market value. Internal Revenue Service places the responsibility for estimating this value upon the donor, rather than the charity receiving the gift. As with any tax-related information, individual donors should consult a tax professional to resolve any questions regarding their particular donation. Please consult form 8283 and publications 526 and 561 on the Internal Revenue Service website, www.irs.gov.

Please use our contact form if you would like to receive one via email or call us at 405-680-9111 for Vietnam Veterans of America or 405-942-4224 for Special Olympics Oklahoma, if you’d prefer to receive one through the mail.

The driver will arrive between 8am and dusk. The driver will plan their daily route in the most efficient manner. It is hard to judge the specific time of arrival at each donation as each stop is unique and takes different amounts of time. Be patient, our driver is en route.

We pick up in all types of weather, including rain and snow. If driving is unsafe due to weather/road conditions, we will not pick up that day and your pick up will be rescheduled.

You may cancel your donation or reschedule your pickup up to 4pm the day before the scheduled pickup.
